How is Rugby played?

Rugby 7s

Rugby 7s is the Olympic version of the sport, its fast, fun, active and exciting to watch. The game involves 7 players on each team, on a full Rugby field with each match being 14 minutes in total. A team would usually play 3 to 4 games per competition day.

Rugby 15s

Rugby 15s is the traditional style of Rugby with 15 players on each team. The match is generally played for 2 x 40-minute halves. It's the longest format of the game.
